Let us help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga sessions. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine and a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength. Led by Joelle, our 6 class yoga session is intended to introduce students to yoga with a focus on stretching. Open to all levels, our 75 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in a effort to restore balance and strength. 

Time Commitment: Sunday, 10:00AM-11:15AM (February 12th, 19th, 26th, March 5th, 12th, and 19th)
Cost: $60 through February 9th on February 10th the fee increases to $70.00 
Length: 6 week sessions; 75 minute classes

What to expect: This yoga class is taught by Joelle and is intended to introduce you to yoga. You will learn various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose.
