Commitment: 10 weeks (offered spring, summer, fall)
Current Fitness Level: fitness walkers or inactive
WalkFIT 5K is perfect for those who have no desire to run, but still want to be active and healthy. A supportive and trained coach will help participants adopt a regular walking routine and assist them in meeting new fitness partners along the way. Participants will be encouraged and prepared to walk a 5K at the end of the training program.
Start Date: Tuesday, March 20th, 2018
Class Format: 2 weekly coached and mentored workouts
Program Fees: $100 until March 16th, 2018. Prices increase to $110 on March 17th, 2018. All refunds are partial ($20.00 administrative fee will be deducted)
