Roasted Potato Wedges


  •  7 large unpeeled butter potatoes (about 3 lbs), cut in wedges 
  • 1 tsp pepper or seasoning blend 
  • 2 tbsp basting oil


1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss potato wedges and basting oil in large bowl; sprinkle with pepper blend. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 2) Roast, 20 min, until bottoms of potatoes are crisp and golden brown. Turn potatoes; roast, about 10 min, until tender.
