Pumpkin Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 1 15 oz. can pureed pumpkin 
  • 2 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt 
  • 1 tsp. (or to taste) pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl. 
  • Serve in 1/2 cup portions. 

Serving suggestions Eat on own as a snack Top with spiced pumpkin seeds Serve as dip and use ginger snaps or apple slices for dipping
