On The Track! - Speed Training Program

On The Track is an intermediate training program for the current runner who is looking to improve their 5K performances or increase their distance to a half marathon. The program strives to motivate and educate runners to improve their fitness and maintain the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing for their goal race.

The goal race for this session of On The Track is the Biggest Loser 5K or Half Marathon on August 31, 2014. 

Program Details: 
- Start Date: Tuesday, June 24, 2014
- Two coaches available by email anytime
- Complete training schedule for a full 10 weeks
- Tuesday group runs starting at 6:00pm at a TBD track location
- Sponsored by Clif Bar! Clif Bar will be providing nutrition samples
- Hydration will be provided on the course for every group run
