This is Peter’s third coaching session! Peter started running five years ago. He completed the No Boundaries training program with Fleet Feet Sports, and hasn't stopped running since. He's completed numerous 5K's a couple 10K's, the Fleet Feet Sports Run into Buffalo 15K, and three half-marathons. He hopes to begin training for his first full marathon this summer.
To say that running changes everything is no understatement. Peter has noticed a dramatic improvement in overall health and weight during the last four years. He found that his diet changed because he was getting more exercise; craving more good food and less junk.
The best change during the last four years is all the people he's met; the coaches and mentors in the Fleet Feet programs, other runners in the No Boundaries and Half and Full Marathon groups, and especially new runners that are just starting out. The running community is very special and Peter is glad to be a part of it.
