The finish line. It's a defining moment in the life of anyone who has crossed it. You can train with us to be part of the greatest events in WNY all year long! Not racing in Buffalo? You can train with us for any half and full marathons, too!

If you're serious about training for and completing a half or full marathon, join the region's premier training program that has helped thousands of runners & walkers reach their goals! Our trained coaches offer the support and motivation needed to keep you going. With a variety of different pace groups, 4 different training options, including a speed workout and/or a long run each week there is a program suited for every participant - whether this is your first marathon or you're trying to qualify for Boston.

13.1 Finish - Beginner half training perfect for beginners that have never run a half marathon and are on the lower end of the required base mileage of around 10 – 12 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6 PM for speed workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30 AM for paced long runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands-on coaching.

13.1 Fast - Advanced half training for those who have already completed a half marathon and are looking to improve performance and speed. Required base mileage 13 – 15 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6 PM for speed workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30 AM for paced long runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands-on coaching.

26.2 Finish - Beginner full training ideal for the runner who has never completed a full marathon and is on the lower end of the required base mileage of around 20 – 25 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6 PM for speed workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30 AM for paced long runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands-on coaching.

26.2 Fast - Advanced full training designed to help those who have already completed a full marathon but want to improve their performance and speed. Required base mileage 20 – 25 miles per week. This program meets Thursdays at 6 PM for speed workouts AND Saturdays at 7:30 AM for paced long runs, plus you'll get a training schedule to follow and more hands-on coaching.

Speed Play: Our Speed Play provides an opportunity to join only the Half and Full Marathon training speed workouts on Thursdays at 6 PM. If all you need is speed training this is the BEST program to enhance your speed. These speed workouts are focused on individuals running between 10-35 miles per week. 

Pace Pass: Our Pace Pass provides a unique opportunity for you to train with our Half and Full Marathon Training participants on Saturdays at 7:30 AM for long runs. We offer a variety of different pace groups and up to four different mileage options each week. The distances begin at 5 or 8 miles on the first Saturday of each session and will gradually increase as you train towards regional events including Buffalo Half and Full Marathon, a regional fall half or full marathon, and the Winter Warrior Half Marathon.

The start date for all programs is Thursday, October 10th, 2019 @ Fleet Feet Buffalo (2290 Delaware Ave) at 6 PM.  Will end around 7:45 PM.  The start day for the program will include the Kick-Off, a 2-mile time trial, and orientation for the Half and Full Marathon, Speed Play and Pace Pass.  This Kick-Off is open to all participants in the various options so you can meet each other and do the 2-mile time trial together to get a better understanding of what your pace should be during the weekly speed and/or pace runs.

Half and Full Marathon (13.1 Finish, 13.1 Fast, 26.2 Finish, and 26.2 Fast) meets on
Thursdays at 6 PM at Fleet Feet and Saturdays at 7:30 AM at various locations
Speed Play meets on Thursdays ONLY. 
6-7 PM from Fleet Feet – Buffalo Store
Pace Pass meets on Saturdays ONLY. 
7:30 AM with rotating locations around Buffalo each week.

Half and Full Marathon Program Fee: $120.00 until October 3rd, 2019. On October 4th, 2019 the fee will increase to $130.00

Speed Play Program Fee: $75.00 until October 3rd, 2019. On October 4th, 2019 the fee will increase to $80.00

Pace Pass Program Fees: $55.00 until October 3rd, 2019. On October 4th, 2019, the fee will increase to $60.00.

Refund Policy: No refunds after 10/24/2019 $20.00 administration fee deducted from original price paid.

Information Session: FREE, Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Fleet Feet - Buffalo (2290 Delaware Ave). Join us for a community information session to ask any questions about the half and full marathon training program.
