We will accept returns or exchanges of any item purchased at Fleet Feet for 30 days from date of original purchase. Items must be in like new condition and accompanied by original sales receipt. Shoes and accessories must be in original packaging and original tags must accompany apparel.

If we cannot satisfy your needs with another product, we will issue a store credit or refund your purchase in the same manner in which you paid. Fleet Feet Sports will refund purchases paid by cash or check with a check mailed to the customer within 10 business days.

Worn or used merchandise may be returned or exchanged if judged defective by Fleet Feet staff. Underwear, swimsuits and products purchased on sale may not be returned.
