Two years ago I had my first bout with IT band issues. I discovered trigger point therapy and use a hard ball to get at certain spots. The ball tends to roll away very easily. The Peanut solves that issue because of its shape. I can get at my glutes, quads and my plantar very easily. I even can use this for a Achilles issues as well.
