About the No Boundaries Program:
The purpose of the program is to introduce participants to the lifetime fitness activities of running and walking and to encourage them to live healthier lifestyles. No Boundaries will also motivate and educate beginners on how to improve their fitness and develop the habits of a healthy lifestyle while preparing for their goal race in the Fall - the Linda Yalem Safety Run on 9/26

Our past groups of No Boundaries participants had fun, enjoyed the challenges, lost weight, gained confidence and made new friends. And most are still running - some increasing their distance, getting faster, staying fit and smiling!
No Boundaries offers participants guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group runs or run/walks and educational clinics and seminars on topics such as nutrition and hydration, avoiding injury through stretching, running form and pace and selecting the proper gear all within a fun and supportive environment. The program will culminate with the No Boundaries group running their goal race. Target race – Linda Yalem Safety Run on Sunday 9/26/10. Register Today!

Informational meetings will be Tuesday 6/22/10 and Thursday 7/1/10 at noon at the Student Union Room 330.
The programs starts Thurs 7/8/10 – the weekly group run is on Thurs at 5:30pm on the UB North Campus.
