Fleet Feet Sports Buffalo is dedicated to ensuring that runners and walkers of all abilities are fit with the proper footwear and technical apparel to meet their individual needs.

Being fit in the right shoe is an important step to preventing injury and enhancing your fitness experience. Whether you are just beginning a walking program, training for your first marathon, or are on your feet all day and need some foot relief, we can help you find the shoe that is right for you.

We will listen carefully to your fitness goals and interests, take into consideration any aches and pains you have, and evaluate your experience with your current footwear. We will then measure your feet, assess your foot type, and watch your gait cycle. Using all of this information, we then utilize our training and experience to make individualized footwear recommendations.

For women, the second most important piece of equipment is a comfortable and supportive sports bra. Like shoes, one size does not fit all, so our trained bra fitters will make sure that the bra you select works just as well for you as your shoes do.

And no matter what your fitness activity is, the right technical apparel is a must.  For comfort in all conditions, we have the selection and the fit so you can get the most from your workout.
