Running comes in all forms....it's simply a word signifying forward motion....there are 6 minute walkers and runners, 12 minute walkers and runners and 18 minute and above walkers and runners ..... there are "runners" who walk mid "run". There are "walkers" that run mid "walk". What are they classified as then..... Running is just a word and Fleet Feet believes no matter where you are in the spectrum the word can be universally meant as forward movement......
