She will provide a demonstration of a dynamic stretching routine, and will review how implementing it on a regular basis can help improve your running form, endurance and speed.

About the presenter:
Dr. Liz VanNortwick graduated from SUNY Geneseo and then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from SUNY Upstate Medical University. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She enjoys participating in triathlons and is a member of the Buffalo Triathlon Club, as well as the Nickel City Splash Masters Swim Team.
